Beth Wheatley
Centre Director
As a parent to two wonderful boys, Elijah and Ezra, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and milestones that come with raising little ones. This personal experience drives my passion for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment at Lots for Tots Childcare – one where children thrive and parents feel supported every step of the way.
With a professional background in HR and Recruitment Management, I’ve honed my skills in fostering positive relationships, building strong teams, and ensuring that every voice is heard. At Lots for Tots, I’m committed to creating a setting where children, families, and staff feel safe, happy, and valued.
For me, it’s not just about providing exceptional care for the children – it’s about building a community where everyone can grow, learn, and feel cherished. Together with our dedicated team, I’m excited to help your little ones flourish in their early years.
Amanda Jones
Nursery Manager
I’ve always had a passion for working in early years and supporting children as they grow, learn, and thrive. With over 15 years in the childcare industry, I’ve dedicated my career to creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
My passion for childcare led me to start my own business, Mini Minding Events, providing bespoke childcare for weddings and special occasions. When I learned that Lots for Tots was expanding into childcare, I knew it was something special to be a part of. Their values align perfectly with mine—creating a warm, welcoming space where children can flourish and where staff feel valued, supported and part of a team that truly makes a difference.
I’m excited to lead a team that shares this vision, working together to provide outstanding care and education in those crucial early years.
Jess
Deputy Manager
Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve been working in childcare for over 5 years and have completed both my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. I absolutely love watching children grow, learn and explore — especially outdoors where there’s always something new to discover!
I’m also a big fan of messy play… whether it’s paint, mud or glitter, I’m all in! ✨
I’m so excited to be taking this next step as Deputy Manager at Lots for Tots Childcare, and I can’t wait to meet all the lovely children, families and team members along the way.
Anna
Babies Room Leader
Hi, I’m Anna!
I have over 8 years’ experience working with children of all ages and hold a Level 3 BTEC in Children’s Play, Learning and Development. I also have over 5 years’ experience supporting children with autism and SEN across schools, nurseries and as a private nanny.
My favourite thing to do is messy play—anything from hand painting and shaving foam to sensory trays and adventures in the mud kitchen. The messier the better!
I’m passionate about helping children grow and learn about the world around them. I believe it’s so important that children feel valued and safe with the adults who care for them and this is something I always strive to achieve.
I’m super excited to be part of the Lots for Tots team!

I’ve always been passionate about working with children—growing up in a big family meant I was constantly surrounded by little ones, which naturally sparked my love for supporting and caring for them.
I pride myself on being a positive role model and I’m really passionate about making sure every child feels included, celebrated, and confident to express themselves through their own unique style of play.
I’ve recently achieved my Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education and am excited to now be working towards my Level 3. I can’t wait to help inspire and encourage the children at Lots for Tots to learn, grow, and shine in their own way!
Monika
Nursery Practitioner
Hi, my name is Monika.
I’ve always had a passion for working in early years and supporting children as they grow, learn and thrive. My spark for childcare began when my nephews were born — being part of their journey and watching them develop made me realise how much I wanted to help other children reach their full potential too. I’m always eager to learn and build on my knowledge to ensure every child in my care feels supported, valued and safe.
I’m really excited to be part of Lots for Tots Childcare and to continue growing in my knowledge and experience as part of such a caring and inspiring team.
Ozi

I have always had a passion for working with young children and supporting them as they grow, learn and discover the world around them. As a mum of two, I understand how important those early years are in building a child’s confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. My aim is to create a caring, safe and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with children across different ages, helping them develop key skills through play, creativity, and positive interaction. I believe every child is unique and deserves to be supported in a way that nurtures their individual needs and interests.
I’m excited to be part of a team that shares the same commitment to providing high quality care and education. I look forward to contributing my enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to creating a space where children can grow, thrive, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Scarlett
Nursery Practitioner
Hi,
I’m Scarlett, and I’m so excited to be part of the Lots for Tots team!
I have always wanted to work in childcare because I am passionate about giving every child the opportunity to learn and grow each day – even through the smallest achievements. I believe those little moments truly make a big difference in a child’s development.
I feel strongly that every child deserves the chance to build confidence, develop new skills, and socialise with others their age in a safe and nurturing environment. Having faced my own challenges at school, it inspired me to support children in a way that helps them feel comfortable, understood and encouraged in their learning journey.
I am really looking forward to helping each child grow, thrive and reach their full potential at Lots for Tots.
Lilly
Nursery Practitioner
Hi,
I’m Lilly. I am passionate about working in childcare and supporting babies and children as they grow and develop. I enjoy observing children closely, recognising where they may need extra support as well as celebrating their strengths.
I previously completed work experience in a pre-school, which I really enjoyed. However, it also helped me realise I wanted to continue developing my skills further within childcare.
I believe building strong, positive relationships with children is key to helping them develop confidence and feel secure. I also really enjoy working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, creating a positive working environment and ensuring every child is happy, supported and able to thrive.
