Beth

Beth Wheatley

Centre Director

As a parent to two wonderful boys, Elijah and Ezra, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and milestones that come with raising little ones. This personal experience drives my passion for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment at Lots for Tots Childcare – one where children thrive and parents feel supported every step of the way.

With a professional background in HR and Recruitment Management, I’ve honed my skills in fostering positive relationships, building strong teams, and ensuring that every voice is heard. At Lots for Tots, I’m committed to creating a setting where children, families, and staff feel safe, happy, and valued.

For me, it’s not just about providing exceptional care for the children – it’s about building a community where everyone can grow, learn, and feel cherished. Together with our dedicated team, I’m excited to help your little ones flourish in their early years.

Amanda Jones

Nursery Manager

I’ve always had a passion for working in early years and supporting children as they grow, learn, and thrive. With over 15 years in the childcare industry, I’ve dedicated my career to creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

My passion for childcare led me to start my own business, Mini Minding Events, providing bespoke childcare for weddings and special occasions. When I learned that Lots for Tots was expanding into childcare, I knew it was something special to be a part of. Their values align perfectly with mine—creating a warm, welcoming space where children can flourish and where staff feel valued, supported and part of a team that truly makes a difference.

I’m excited to lead a team that shares this vision, working together to provide outstanding care and education in those crucial early years.

I’m also a big fan of messy play… whether it’s paint, mud or glitter, I’m all in! ✨

I’m so excited to be taking this next step as Deputy Manager at Lots for Tots Childcare, and I can’t wait to meet all the lovely children, families and team members along the way.

Anna - Babies Room Leader

Anna

Babies Room Leader

Hi, I’m Anna!

I have over 8 years’ experience working with children of all ages and hold a Level 3 BTEC in Children’s Play, Learning and Development. I also have over 5 years’ experience supporting children with autism and SEN across schools, nurseries and as a private nanny.

My favourite thing to do is messy play—anything from hand painting and shaving foam to sensory trays and adventures in the mud kitchen. The messier the better!

I’m passionate about helping children grow and learn about the world around them. I believe it’s so important that children feel valued and safe with the adults who care for them and this is something I always strive to achieve.

I’m super excited to be part of the Lots for Tots team!

Peach

Toddlers Room Leader

Hi I’m Peach and have been working with children for over 5 years and I have a Level 3 in Early Years Education. I love creating fun and engaging experiences for children through messy play, singing, sensory activities and imaginative play!

One of my favourite things about working with children is being able to witness the little milestones that make such a big difference – whether that’s hearing a child say a new word for the first time, watching them build confidence or seeing them proudly achieve something independently.

Outside of nursery, I am Deputy Chair at Burton on Trent Children’s Contact Centre, a non-profit organisation that provides a safe space for children to spend time with the parent they don’t live with. Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and helping them feel safe, valued, and confident is something I am very passionate about.
